ConReg is an interactive web application to investigate regulatory relations as well as evidence for their conservation in other eukaryotic model organisms. The data was obtained from general and species-specific regulatory databases, from text- mining free text descriptions in PubMed and PubMedCentral and from transcription factor binding site predictions (TFBS).
The Conservation Browser, where the entire predicted conserved network is shown and the Motif Finder with which the user can search for conservations in a defined subset of genes are the two main features of ConReg.
